TEAM 360: Free, Confidential, Evidence-Based Drug Outpatient Treatment

Mission Statement

TEAM 360 is committed to promoting recovery and enduring life change for Asians and Pacific Islanders with alcohol and drug dependency.

We provide:

  • A program that emphasizes the strengths and resources of the individual.
  • A short-term outpatient program that is free to all participants. The length of our program is 15-weeks with groups that meet twice weekly.
  • Monthly individual goal-setting sessions with licensed clinician for six-months.
  • Mandatory, random weekly drug testing for all participants. Case management and reporting of results to Dept. of Probation, Office of the Public Defender and District Attorney’s Office.
  • An evidence-based curriculum utilizing the Matrix Model which combines cognitive behavioral strategies, social skills building, and positive reinforcement.
  • Free HIV testing and counseling for all participants.
  • Incentives to increase motivation for treatment.

Who:

  • Individuals needing a short-term outpatient substance abuse program.
  • Individuals comfortable in a gay-friendly environment.
  • Individuals who are Asian and Pacific Islanders. We can accept up to 40 percent non-API referrals.(API’s include Filipino, Vietnamese, Thai, Samoan, Chinese, Korean, Laotian, Japanese, and Cambodian.)
